Delegates visited the Low Dimensional Materials Research Center (LDMRC) and Photonic Research Center (PRC) of the University of Malaya to conduct academic research exchanges and seminars, and to introduce Ming Chi University of Technology, the Research Center for Intelligent Medical Devices, and the center's Ph.D. program.
