This Ph.D. program provides full scholarships to graduate students with exceptional academic performance and research potential, and direct-admission students enrolled in the doctoral degree program at MCUT, Taiwan, except for the part-time Ph.D. graduate students.

1. Waiver of tuition and fees, free accommodation, and a monthly stipend of NT$ 15,000 will be granted to the Ph.D. student in the semester.

2. Continuation of the will depend on the student’s academic and research performance. An assessment will be conducted starting from the second semester onward.  Except for those with poor academic and research assessments in the previous semester, scholarships and grants will be granted for the succeeding semesters. 

3. The scholarship will be granted for a maximum of three years.
