Oral Defense Committee

1. The committee should consist of 5 to 9 members (including external members).
2. At least two-thirds (²/₃) of the members must be from outside the university.
3. One member must be designated as the committee chair.
4. The advisor is an ex officio member.

Grade Report

• Please prepare the grade report on the day of the oral defense.
• Submit it to the program office after the defense.

The degree dissertation must undergo a plagiarism check through the thesis similarity detection system, and the similarity report must be below 30%.
