Conference in Taiwan

Application Process
The following documents must be prepared and submitted to the Program office two weeks before the start of the conference.
- Completed "Application Form for Students Attending Domestic Academic Activities" (requires the signature of the advisor)
- Conference schedule
- Acceptance letter
- Full paper
❗❗ The "Application form for students to participate in domestic academic activities" must be submitted regardless of whether external subsidies are received. ❗❗
Reimbursement Process
Within two weeks after the conference ends, the following documents must be prepared and submitted to the Program office for reimbursement.
- "Student Report on Attendance at Domestic Academic Activities."
- Domestic Business Trip Report Form
- Receipts for "Registration Fees," "Transportation Expenses," etc.
△ Reminder: If traveling by High-Speed Rail, students should purchase student tickets.
International Conference
- Definition:The conference is held abroad.
- Subsidy items:"Registration fees" and "Transportation expenses." "Living Expenses" can only be applied for if there is a planned subsidy.

Application Process
You must first apply for a subsidy from the NSTC or other off-campus subsidy units or institutions (please be sure to note the NSTC application timeline, which requires applications to be submitted no later than two months before the conference).
The following documents must be prepared and submitted to the Program office two weeks before the start of the conference.
- Completed "Application Form for Students Attending International Academic Activities" (requires the signature of the advisor).
- Conference schedule.
- Acceptance letter.
- Full paper.
- Documentation of approval or rejection from NSTC or other external funding agencies.
△ Reminder: If the acceptance letter is received after the NSTC application deadline, please submit your application immediately and provide the relevant supporting documents.

Reimbursement Process

- Receipt for registration fees (including card payment proof or remittance proof).
- Electronic ticket, and ticket receipts (including receipts for payments collected by travel agencies).
